Experience
Joseph Fanduzz comes from a family of attorneys and grew up wanting to join that tradition. While studying political science and philosophy at East Tennessee State University, Joseph Fanduzz clerked at a law office. In law school he excelled in trial advocacy. After being licensed to practice law in 2007, Joseph Fanduzz jumped right into trying difficult cases.
With over 17 years of experience, Joseph Fanduzz has a strong track record of successfully defending a wide range of stressful and complex criminal charges.
Joseph Fanduzz is in an elite group of trial lawyers who have attended and graduated from the National Criminal Defense College. The college is an intense and immersive training that “profoundly elevate[s] the practice of criminal defense".
Joseph Fanduzz received the same field sobriety training that police office must receive. He pasted the same comprehensive testing requirements that police officer must accomplish before investigating a DUI. Outside the legal community, Joseph Fanduzz serves on the board of CASA (court appointed special advocates for children) of East Tennessee and has served as president of the board for the past three years helping the organization become one of Knoxville most meaningful and recognized child programs in Knox County.
